Ready Set Service™ is a simple coaching framework that helps busy restaurant teams build daily habits centered on teamwork and guest experience. It is designed to fit seamlessly into the rhythm of a shift, so skill development happens naturally without slowing service down. The goal is to make better hospitality the natural result of stronger team connections.
Inside the program, teams move through 20 micro-lessons delivered over four weeks, with five lessons each week. Each lesson includes a short challenge and reflection designed to spark awareness and create immediate impact on the floor. Optional trainer notes are available for managers who want to guide the process more actively, but the system is flexible enough to work pre-shift, mid-shift, or post-shift depending on the flow of your operation.

The inspiration for Ready Set Service™ comes from nearly thirty years of firsthand experience in the restaurant industry. After working every role from server to general manager, I came to realize that the biggest challenge wasn’t hiring, scheduling, or even sales. The real challenge was consistency. In the middle of constant turnover and the chaos of busy shifts, training often slipped through the cracks. New hires were left to figure things out on their own, while seasoned team members rarely received the refreshers they needed.
