The process begins with a leadership consultation where we take a close look at your current training approach, or build from the ground up if nothing formal is in place. Once we understand the landscape, we design a plan that is tailored to your goals and specific to your restaurant’s concept. This blueprint outlines the service standards, training modules, and delivery methods that will create consistency for your team. With the plan in place, we then move into live training sessions. These sessions are hands-on, practical, and focused on areas such as front-of-house fundamentals, communication, and guest experience. The goal is to make sure your staff not only understands what is expected, but feels confident applying it in real time.

After the training sessions are complete, we come back for a follow-up evaluation. This includes direct observation, audits, and feedback so that you receive a clear picture of progress.
